Can the machine be used with other coffee?
NESCAFÉ GOLD Blend Freeze dried coffee has undergone multiple tests with the NESCAFÉ GOLD Blend Barista machine prior to it's conception, It is highly recommended to use only NESCAFÉ GOLD BLEND freeze dried coffee with the machine.
Other coffees or beverages may clog your machine.
Please note that machine warranty is not valid if the machine has been used with other coffees or beverages.

Can I fill creamer or milk into the coffee box?
The creamer/milk should be added directly into the glass and not in the coffee box or water tank as it will clog the machine.
Do I need to warm up my milk before adding it to the glass?
No. The machine will warm up and froth your milk before pouring the coffee to it.
Can I use sweetened condensed milk to prepare my coffee?
It is recommended to use creamer such as Nestlé Coffee Mate or Nestlé Fresh Milk to prepare your preferred cup of milk coffee for optimal taste.
Will my NESCAFÉ Gold Blend coffee harden when it's placed in the coffee box of the machine?
The coffee box on the machine is designed to be airtight. If the lid is closed properly, your NESCAFÉ Gold Blend free dried coffee will not harden.
What sized mugs should I use for my coffee?

- Cappuccino & Latte - 300ml
What are the beverages the machine can make?
- Espresso - A short cup

Can I adjust how much coffee is used?
You can personalize the amount of water to define the concentration of your coffee. Please refer to the user manual or call Nestlé consumer services at 1-800-88-3433 for further assistance.
How do I setup my machine?

When you first setup your machine, fill the water tank with clean water. Then press the power button after which the espresso icon will start blinking to indicate that you need run the machine through a first rinse procedure. To get the machine to rinse, touch the espresso button and the machine will begin the rinsing procedure. After the rinsing procedure is done, Your brand new Barista machine will be ready to be used!
